Jason Olden / Principle & CPO
firstname.lastname@example.org // Jason co-founded SIDFACTOR with Eric Lyon in 2002, to fulfill their desire of working both strategically and creatively with world class brands and retailers. Before that, Jason worked at The North Face where he managed the Advanced Product team focused on technical outerwear. He then went on to run Reef's global men’s footwear business focusing on action sports and surf markets. Jason brings his insights in strategy, design, development and sourcing to major client engagements. Jason is a product of Colorado culture, global travel and the fun-hog mindset.
Evi Ranson / Product Design & Development
Evi is a Colorado native. She did two CO-OP internships at Sidfactor while studying Fashion Design / Product Development at the University of Cincinnati. Although she has only worked in the outdoor industry for just a few years, she grew up being outdoors and has a natural eye for the industry. Evi works on design and development for Sidfactor, helping manage multiple projects as well directing all product development for Sidfactor’s in house brand Mountain Standard.
Thomas Behrens / VP, Strategy & Client Services
email@example.com // Thomas heads up the strategic work at SIDFACTOR. Those processes are custom tailored for each client. They range from workshops to multi-month engagements focused on aligning brand, product, marketing and customers. Thomas first worked in scenario planning, customer insight and strategy at The Idea Factory in San Francisco. He has a Masters of Industrial Design (MID) from the University of Rhode Island (RISD) and a degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Grant Dupré / Director of Product Design

He has created award winning products and successful collections for both big box brands and specialty brands in the outdoor, cycling, yoga, fishing and hunting spaces. He is currently the Director of Product Design at SIDFACTOR leading a the design and creative team. When he is not working on new products, he is riding a mountain bike, or outside somewhere spending time with his wife and 3 year old son.
Marcy Ascarrunz / Development Manager

She has been working in Product Design & Development for over 5 years, previously working with brands such as Kelty, Sierra Designs, and Kidrobot.
Benjamin Lotte / Designer
firstname.lastname@example.org // Ben started working at SIDFACTOR as the ripe-old-ago of 15. Too old to be a child prodigy, but young enough to show immense talent, Ben went on to earn a degree in Fashion Design from The Savannah School of Art and Design (SCAD). After working for Ralph Lauren in New York City and Hong Kong, Ben re-joined SIDFACTOR where he is now our resident trend master. Ben also designs a ton of women's and men's softgoods yearly.
Brennah Rosenthal / Digital Content Manager
Brennah has been working in the outdoor industry for over 8 years and has worked with companies like The North Face, Backpacker Magazine and Climbing Magazine. She is currently the Digital Content Manager, focusing on growth, content marketing, social media marketing and pretty much anything else that goes along with growing a new brand.
Jackson / Designer
email@example.com // Hailing from North Carolina, Jackson has a degree in apparel design from Appalachian State University. He’s spent the past couple years in San Francisco at Taylor Stitch in mens casual clothing and outerwear before recently moving to Boulder to join the SIDFACTOR design team.
